Clear terms governing speaking engagements, workshops, and advisory services.
1. Speaking Fees
A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total engagement fee is required to confirm and hold the date on Erika Bogan's calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to the engagement, as stipulated in the formal contract.
- Customization: Fees include a pre-event discovery call and content tailored to your audience's specific needs and learning objectives.
- Tiers: Fees are structured based on engagement type (Keynote, Half-day Workshop, Full-day Workshop) and audience size.
- Virtual Events: Virtual keynotes and workshops are priced at a reduced rate compared to in-person engagements.
2. Travel & Logistics
Travel expenses are invoiced separately and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise negotiated. All travel arrangements are coordinated by Erika Bogan's booking team.
Standard Requirements:
- Round-trip business-class airfare (for flights over 4 hours).
- Hotel accommodation (4-star minimum) for two nights.
- Ground transportation (car service or reimbursement for standard rideshare).
On-Site Logistics:
- A quiet, private green room/preparation space on the day of the event.
- Pre-scheduled contact for event-day technical check (minimum 30 min).
- Permission to film and use B-roll for Erika Bogan's marketing (no client content).
3. Technical Requirements
- Microphone: A high-quality lavalier or headset microphone (preferred) or a handheld microphone.
- Projection: HD projector/LED screen setup with an HDMI input for Erika's laptop (MacBook Pro).
- Sound: Professional audio system capable of playing sound/music from Erika's laptop.
- Internet: Dedicated, high-speed WiFi access for virtual portions and backup.
4. Cancellation Policy
The following refund schedule applies to all cancellations initiated by the client. The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Note: If the event is canceled due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), efforts will be made to reschedule within 12 months.
5. Payment Terms
- Initial Deposit: 25% due upon contract signing to secure the date.
- Balance Due: The remaining 75% of the fee (plus estimated travel expenses) is due net-30, but no later than 30 days prior to the engagement date.
- Payment Methods: We accept corporate checks, wire transfers, and major credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments).
- Late Payments: Invoices outstanding past the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
6. Content Rights & Usage
All intellectual property, including slides, workbooks, and core content of the HOPE Shift framework, remains the sole property of Erika Bogan. Clients receive a license for internal, non-commercial use only.
- Recording: Any video or audio recording of the engagement requires prior written consent and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.
- Materials: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any proprietary content for external commercial purposes.
- Photography: Non-disruptive, informal audience photography is permitted.
